Every year billions of dollars are spent on video games, movies, books, and the Occult because the world is fascinated with the supernatural. The Bible reveals there is an unseen spiritual world that affects the physical world. These worlds are comprised of good and evil that collided when the first man Adam willingly chose not to live in Trusting-Faith with his Creator God.
The main objective of Christianity is fulfilling the Great Commission by preaching the Good News, healing the sick, as well as bringing deliverance to those who are broken by heartache and tragedy. (See Matt 16:15) Completing this objective requires warfare in the supernatural. Jesus proclaimed at the start of His ministry:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.” (Luke 4:18-19 KJV)
Christians fight an invisible enemy who has different functions like an army with organized opposition to the world, and especially to the Believer!
"For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds." (2 Cor 10:3-4-See also 1 Tim 2:3-4, Phil 2:25)
Sadly, many do not understand that there is a war being fought on a spiritual plane against an enemy of pure evil. These supernatural insurgents and spiritual forces of wickedness do not blow themselves up in worship of their god to wreak havoc and devastation upon the innocent. They are far more cunning and devious in their infiltration. They attack the righteous by influencing their minds, their thoughts, their actions, their beliefs, and their health.
This book will reveal the demonic strongholds that can keep every Christian from living in divine health, and how those strongholds can cause emotional, spiritual, and physical illness. The Bible says that the daily struggle of every Christian:
“is not against enemies of flesh and blood, but against rulers, against authorities, against cosmic powers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." (Eph 6:12 NRSV)
Many Christians are heavily involved in learning the mysteries of the enemy. There are ministries focused exclusively on methods of exorcism and deliverance for Christians! Denominations have established special rites and rituals, prayer mapping, blood claiming, inner healing, and regression therapy. Some teach that the devil is to blame for all problems - whether it is a headache or a car breaking down.
There are Christians who have been taught to learn the names and hobbies of individual demons so that they can effectively “rebuke” them from their midst. Sadly, much of Christian doctrine regarding the devil and hell comes from mythology, folklore, fictional stories and movies - rather than the Bible.
Supernatural terrorists have infiltrated our society, our culture, our schools, our beliefs, our values, and even our churches. The language of the ancient Occult and Eastern mysticism has been heartily adapted by the church in order to bring “new” meaning to the Bible. Demonic insurgents have effectively watered down the Gospel and convoluted the meaning of the Great Commission by planting the belief that it is all about what Jesus can do for “me,” not what “I” can do for Him. The Great Commission is about sharing the GREAT news of Jesus and the message of the Cross with everyone a Christian comes in contact with as they go through life. (See Matt 16:15)
The enemy has strategically infiltrated our churches and placed terrorist sleeper-cells throughout the world. Their goal is to create weak, emaciated, powerless social clubs so that the anointing of Holy Spirit will depart and “Ichabod” will be written across the doorways. (See 1 Sam 4:21)
The arch adversary has orchestrated a take over and transformation of traditional church teaching and convoluted its understanding of human nature and how to deal with sin and depravity by infecting it with psycho-heresy. Over the centuries spiritual strongholds have been built using the cunning deception of the doctrines of devils resulting in disillusionment and the falling away of multitudes from the message of the Cross.
